Programme
Development
Our approach to programme development and implementation is
very systematic. This includes monthly progress reports and
contact reports, which follow each client meeting.
Close contact is maintained with client throughout each programme
development phase and monthly work in progress meetings are
held with clients to go over programme priorities. These are
in addition to regular phone calls and email updates of programme
developments.
Short-term deadlines are monitored very closely according
to an agreed schedule and reporting procedures are in place
to keep our clients informed of the progress.

Billing
Procedures
With a flexible billing structure, we can support a variety
of budgetary needs. Our standard services can be arranged
into a fixed monthly retainer to cover agreed upon services,
or we can apply a project-driven approach, broken out by specific
programme components.
Adopting a practical and systematic billing system, we ensure
a quality use of time, budget and accountability, as well
as the precise management of budgeting approvals and clear
understandings of deliverables and programme expectations.
This way, no "surprises" come when an invoice arrives.
Invoices are accompanied by detailed activity reports and
sent on a monthly basis.
